We hope to provide an efficient process to expedite your project by letting you know what will be needed from you. We do our best to constantly improve the ordering and development process, so if you have suggestions please let us know.

How It Works

We begin the ordering process by collecting your contact information, getting your order details, and gathering your thoughts on what you would like to see from the design of your project. We do this with the forms listed below. If you have already been assigned a sales associate then this information is to be provided to them, otherwise send the information on to Sales [at] Newveau [dot] com, and we will assign you a sales associate to help you through the process.

Send In the Following Two Forms:

Order Sheet – A check list of our sales packages to help make for a quick ordering process.
Design Questionnaire – A questionnaire to get more information about your business and what type of visual styles you would like to see from the development of your project.

Once We Receive the Two Forms:
We will then send you a contract based on the order you have placed and a digital invoice for the project retainer. The contract will outline the deliverables for your order as well as the payment cycle. Payments can be made online through PayPal to Payments [at] SorensenSoftware [dot] com. Payapal accepts most major credit & debit cards, checks, bank account withdrawls, and more.

At the Time of Payment We Request That You Provide:
Any graphics that will be required in the initial design process of the project. This would include things such as logos, product brands, produvct photos, etc.

During the Development Process:
We will do our best to provide further information on what the process entails. This includes covering frequently asked questions such as:
What is mood boarding?
What is a template mock-up?

In addition we try to make sure that you are aware of what the development process entails and what types of information we will expect from you. To assist in this we provide development timelines and a series of questionnaires, similar the ones found below.
