Newveau is the brain child of computer programmer and founder of Sorensen Software, Leif A. Sorensen. The initial ideas of an internet resource to provide an exposure point for unkown artists has slowly stemmed out to be much more. New integrations of Macromedia Flash MX are being used to develop a dynamic virtual desktop, with full feature customizations and more. Teaming with digital artist and 3D modeler Fredrick Cymbalist, there is much to be expected for the future of Newveau. Initial release of Newveau is anticipated to be in the middle of October, 2006.

The largest problem with musicians providing their music online is piracy.
Keeping this in mind we have spent a great deal of time to develop a safe
and feasible solution to this problem. The Newveau Media Player is a piracy
preventative online based streaming media center. The primary feature of the
media center is a customized artists list where each individual can save all
of their favorite artists to their media collection which will be retained
until their next visit. Other standard features include multiple skins, scrubbing
abilities, equalization, shuffle, repeat, visualization modules, and more.
